The following insurance plans are currently accepted:

Coverage varies by plan. Patients are encouraged to verify benefits, copayments, deductibles, and prior authorization requirements directly with their insurance provider.

Self-Pay Rates

• Initial psychiatric evaluation $220

• Follow-up appointment (30 min): $130

• Follow up appointment (60 min): $180

Payment is due at time of service

Cancellation Policy

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of. This policy allows appointment times to remain available for other patients in need of care.

Payment Methods

Accepted forms of payment include major credit cards and HSA/FSA cards.
